We’re looking for an experienced, licensed personal lines agent to join our well-established, independent agency. - Manage a personal lines book of business with a focus on retention and growth
- Generate quotes and process policy changes efficiently
- Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, and exposures so they can make confident decisions
- Renew and re-market accounts according to agency standards
- Participate in marketing and cross-selling efforts to expand client accounts
- Keep accurate, up-to-date client files in our agency management system
- Active NC Property & Casualty license (additional state licenses a plus)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in personal lines insurance (independent agency experience preferred)
- Proven track record of client retention and account growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working with a variety of clients and handling complex insurance needs
- Proficiency in phone and computer skills, including carrier quoting systems, EzLynx Agency Management System, and cloud-based tools.
